Part of developing our Swedish business from HR perspective

I am part of the Nordic HR team, and my responsibilities include Swedish HR-operations and its development. A large part of my work is to support the growth of our company which means that I recruit new employees as well as develop our benefits and HR processes forward. On top of that I aim to give the best possible support to our employees so that they can thrive in their own work. Important in my work is also that we cherish and develop our work culture, which has a big effect on our employee engagement and how attractive we are as an employer.

I am a Master of Business Administration (main subject International Business) and have several years of experience from recruitment and general HR.
